Lavazza's most popular Food Service item in the United States. It is a blend of 80% sweet Arabicas and 20% Robustas. This combination gives Super Crema strong character and good body without bitterness. As the name implies, this coffee is very forgiving and versatile, and produces a "super" crema even under less-than-ideal conditions. The added strength brought by the Robustas makes Super Crema an ideal base for cappuccinos and lattes, as well as picture-perfect espressos.
LAVAZZA GRAND ESPRESSO

One of Lavazza's top two selling foodservice blends in Italy (along with Top Class), Grand Espresso is a very rich blend that satisfies those looking for a full-bodied, strong coffee. Its roast is darker and its percentage of Robusta higher, typical characteristics of the best coffees found in Southern Italy. In the United States, this blend is perfect for those establishments brewing mostly large cappuccinos and lattes, where the delicate flavor of other Lavazza blends may be lost or weakened due to the high concentration of milk. It is made of 70% sweet Arabicas from Central America and 30% of the finest, washed Robustas from Indonesia. These special kinds of coffee very well meet the typical taste of Italian espresso coffee. Pienaroma is Lavazza's 100% Arabica blend, which combined with a lighter roast makes for a very delicate and flavorful espresso. Its smoothness, round taste and body, pleasant acidity and liqueur-like quality are reserved to true coffee lovers. Pienaroma is a blend with Northern Italian traditions, where sweetness is more important than strength.

Pre-ground version of Lavazza's famous Super Crema. The grind is very fine, and recommended only for use on modern, pump-driven espresso machines.
