Compact espresso coffee machine with programmable shot dosing.
Heating: electrical.
Range: 2 espresso groups; 2 multidirectional stainless steel steams arm and 1 multidirectional stainless steel hot water tap.
Features:
- Hot water economizer which mixes the hot water from the boiler with the cold water from the mains
- Automatic valve which prevents the liquid to be heated from being sucked back into the boiler
- Automatic boiler fill
Coachwork: painted metal.
Optional:
- Base unit: a functional surface to which the coffee machine and the grinder are fitted. It features a removable coffee-grounds drawer with filter bumper
- computer interface kit;
- Gas heating kit.
Important:
the M29 Select, considerably smaller than the traditional two-group machines, is the ideal model for caterers who, although have limited space, still demand high standard performances.
